Tactical Service Unit (TSU), Bandroom and Immigration one registered victories when the Guyana Police Force Headquarters dominoes competition commenced on Wednesday at Eve Leary.
TSU won their encounter against Traffic Headquarters and Public Relations Office. TSU and Traffic Headquarters were tied on 75 games each but the former won by making more fives, while Public Relations Office (PRO) ended on 58. Hugh Mc Farlane got 15 games for the winners, while Sherwin Henry and Floyd Reddock made the maximum 18 games apiece for the runner up team. Jairam Ramlakhan scored 15 for PRO.
Bandroom chalked 85 games to defeat Sports Secretariat with 64 and Mounted Branch 60. Gordon Richards got the utmost 18 for the victors, while Everton Duncan and Anthony Nelson contributed 15 each and Elivis Valentine 14. Mark Scott and Richard Henry made 13 apiece for Sports Secretariat while Jacob Doris and Carl Saul got 14 each for Mounted Branch.
Thulane Mure 17, Orin Paris 16 and Kevin Archer 15 led Immigration one who managed 84 games to victory over Special Weapon and Tactics 73 and Quartermaster Stores Combined 71. Kevin Thomas scored 15 while Dorian Adams and Andel Smith made 14 each for the runner’s up, while Orville Trotz made 14 for Quartermaster Stores Combined.
The love birds were Linden Mc Koy of TSC, Rockwell Delph and Kurt Sealy of Mounted Branch as well as Akelia Alves and Odellis De Santos of PRO.
