Miners and commuters complain of oligarchic tyranny

Please be informed about issues that affect miners and other road user that traverse the terrain….from Buck Hall to over 100 (One Hundred Miles in the Back dam).
On Wednesday 2015-12-02, Barama Company Limited instructed the security guards at 4 km and 70 km (43 miles apart) to “close” the roads, because of the rain etc. Bush trucks, cruisers, mini buses, and cars, and other vehicles lined the roads and hoping that the “sun” would come out so they can move on with their business. Please note;”THE ROAD WAS CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLES.” Many trucks and cruiser had fuel and groceries for their employees and operations with perishables, etc.
Sir, to our amazement the most unthinkable happened on 2015-12-02 at 9:35 hrs. The General Manage Mr. Neil Chand, the camp manager Mr. Roberto and Mr. Holex, who were in two vehicles, ordered the security guard to open the toll gate. They drove past the toll gate in full view of the public into the backdam from 4km.
Sir, the miners and other road users had to wait for over 7 (seven) hours. The sun finally came out, the road was dried, and the miners were allowed to proceed the next day. Barama vehicles went in and out of the backdam, while we had to wait helplessly. We pay $ 29,000 for a bush truck pass. We pay over $ 800,000 for our machinery, excavator, bulldozers etc. to Barama Company Limited. Sir, they did not gave us a “Customer Copy” and no “Revenue Stamp” are affixed to same, and so we have no proof of purchase etc..
Sir, whenever it rains we will comply, but Barama Company Limited vehicles traverse the road with heavier vehicles than ours. During which time we have to watch them helplessly. Their laws are applied to us, the miners, but not applicable to them (Please Help Us) Whenever we are detained at the various toll gates for long periods and we approach them (Barama Company Limited) for food and water, we are denied same. Miners are denied medical attention.
Sir, Barama Company Limited instructs their security guards to search our vehicles and our persons. They also demand that all drivers declare their licenses, fitness, etc. Sir, none of Barama Company Limited vehicles and drivers in Buck 1-1311 are certified. The police should execute that mandate- not Barama Company Limited. Residents of “OMRAU” and “CARIA CARIA” have to pay toll fees before they can access the supermarket etc. (a 2 mile radius).
