Dec 25, 2015 Letters
Dear Editor,
Brother man! In the realms of brevity I would respond to your very interesting penmanship letter to the Editor of KN publish on this bright warm sunny day, by Kaieture News dated 22nd December 2015. And read by me! And other brethren of mine! And yours I hope. First of all brother man, I appreciate your penmanship at authoring a very edifying letter to the Editor.
Firstly, brother man, despite I have a name which makes you think that I am a Hindu, I am sorry to state Brother man, that you are wrong on that score, to conclude that I am a Hindu. I am neither a Christian or a Muslim nor a Rasta. I belong to the Baha’i Faith, one of the four major religions recognized in this country, by an Act of our parliament in 1976. The Baha’I teachings is based on the oneness of mankind, and teaches that there is one God and all mankind are citizen of this world i.e. we, (the races of mankind) are all fruits of one tree and leaves of one branch and that we must not glory that we love our race only but instead glory in the fact that we love all mankind That one misnomer I am happy I cleared up for my brother Ras Sealy brother man.!
Secondly – misnomer the name I submitted as author of that letter and published by Stabroek news, is spelt ROOPLALL DUDHNATH and not as published i.e. DUDHNAUTH and maybe the whole world,( I may have to check that one out Brotherman); the only person in Guyana I know of who has that name. If you know of anyone else that have that name brotherman, then it is a mack name!.However, if you can find one let me know via KN and I may be able to reward you by some monetary reward. But I do not want you to use the money to buy weed with it, so I may consider taking you to one of Guyana’s premier restaurant and buy you some ital food.
Thirdly, I have visited about six countries and lived in two of them for a considerable time, now in my winter days I found that Guyana with its warm bright sunshine and seven races is one of the best countries I know of to spend my winter days and to rest my weary bones I have never visited or live in India hopefully one day before I kick the bucket I may visit that holy country and have a good bath or swim with a dhotie in the Ganges river. If I win the bingo lottery, I may offer to take you brother man. And by the way I have a very good close learned friend who hails from Etophaia and now permanently lives in sunshine Guyana. But I can assure you he never touch the WEED or marijuana.
Brother man Sealy for the sake of brevity I prefer not to go into the mechanics of the ifs and buts of marijuana here but suffice to state for the sake of brevity if you find comfort in it, provided you do not break the laws of this country then brother man Jaah to you! I love also Ital food and next time you cook Itaall food think of me at least if you do not have an inhibition to ask me around brother man.
Use your weed if you want but do not trouble any person or let the law catch up with you! Boy this epistle is getting long; for the sake of brevity take some now and leave the rest for later! But brother man I have never visited India……….sorry to repeat that!
