Former city powerhouse Western Tigers Football Club now under new management
and aiming to recapture their glory days in city football and by extension Guyana, has received a new set of uniforms, compliments of Colours Boutique, Robb Street.
The new gear has already propelled the West Ruimveldt based side to an emphatic win in their opening match of the Banks Beer Knockout competition organised by the Georgetown Football Association; they hammered Hope FC 6-0.
In handing over the gear to club player Daren Benjamin at their Robb Street establishment, Colours Boutique’s Marketing Representative Robeson Brotherson said that they were pleased to be of assistance to the re-emerging club and wish them the best going forward.
Benjamin offered his executive and club’s gratitude to Brotherson and Colours Boutique for their timely assistance and promised to wear the uniform with pride.
