The most successful Sevens Rugby team over the past two years in Guyana, UG Wolves, are participating for the fourth time in the Tobago international tournament.
The two-day tournament started yesterday and ends today. The student ruggers have been undergoing rigorous training under the well experienced coach Lawrence Adonis.
The team, according to Adonis, is expected to reap success again this year as the cohesion within the team is tightening.
Adonis has led the team in 2014 to win the Calabash Cup in the said Tobago international tournament.
UG Wolves has recently won the GRFU Sevens tournament, whipping all the local teams inclusive of the now powerhouse, Guyana Defence Force team.
The team consists of twelve players, a coach and a manager.

Players; Lancelot Adonis, Daniel Anderson, Godfrey Broomes, Ryan Dey, Elon Fordyce, Joshua Griffith, Phabien Joseph, Kiefer Lopes, Rondel McArthur (captain), Osei McKenzie, Malcolm Rhodius and Trevin Selman.
