Petama Enterprise of Delph St., C/ville, and Motor Trend of Enmore, Softball Finals, which is run by GFSCA, is set for tomorrow evening at the Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) ground from 5:00pm. Players are asked to be at the ground by 4:00pm. Two semifinals in the Open division are set for the GNIC ground earlier in the day with the winners to clash in the final game of the night.
This competition is co-sponsered by Mike’s Pharmacy, Ariel Enterprise, Trophy Stall, Romeo Oil Seal, Tropical Spring Water, Ramchand Auto Spares and Rohan Auto Spares.
Winning prize for Male Masters and Male Open is $100,000 each. Runner-up is $25,000. The winner for the Female match is $50,000 and the Runner-up is $20,000. MVP for the three finals is trophy plus $5,000 each. Player for the Series for the three categories is Trophy plus $5,000.
Admission is free.

FINALS: DCC Ground:5:00pm Parika Defenders vs. Regal Masters, 8:00pm Trophy Stall Angels vs. Wellwoman. 9:15pm-Open Finals.
No Player will be allowed to play with steel spikes (pegs).

Parika Defender beat Fishermen Master by 31 runs. Parika 119 all out from 20 overs. Faslim Bacchus 28, Asif Ahmad 25; L. Persaud 4-23 and Jagdesh Persaud 2-23. Fishermen 88 all out from 17.3 overs. R. Persaud 26; Kabesh Persaud 3-8, Devanand Kannan 2-6 and Faslim Baksh 2-14.
