Police have pulled in yet another suspect for questioning, as investigations into Tuesday’s America Street robbery and terror attack intensify.
Police Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum said this brings the number of suspects in
custody to two.
“Both of the men are known to police and are being questioned about the robbery even as we are pursuing others,” Blanhum said.
Up to press time the men were being grilled by investigators separately.
Kaieteur News understands that the man held yesterday is from Albouystown, while the other suspect arrested on Wednesday is from East Ruimveldt.
