After an exciting opening night, play in the Inter-Ministry Banks Beer-sponsored Futsal Competition will resume this evening with eleven more matches, at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.
In the first game, Oasis Water oppose Ministry of Foreign Affairs and that will be followed by the clash between Ministry of the Presidency and Ministry of Labour.
Ministry of Housing then square off against Customs, before Guyana Fire Service tackle Qualfon and Barbers Association engage Courts (Guyana) Inc.
New GPC will take on Ministry of Sport, before Wartsila collide with John Fernandes Ltd and this encounter will precede the clash cellular giant Digicel and Lands and Surveys.
Local telecommunications giant GTT take on neighbours Guyana Geology & Mines Commission (GGMC) and this clash will be followed by the game involving Caribbean Airlines and Ministry of Health with the Banks DIH versus Media matchup brining down the curtains for the night.
The winning team will receive $200,000 and the championship trophy, while 2nd, 3rd and 4th placed finishers is set to cart off $150,00, $100,000 and $50,000 respectively.
Apart from Banks DIH under its Banks Beer brand, a number of other entities including Trophy Stall and the National Sports Commission are on board.
