The Trophy Stall of Bourda Market has thrown its support behind the Transport Sports Club (TSC) 18-team dominoes tournament which is set for Sunday at TSC, Thomas Road. The entity yesterday presented the first place
trophy to the organisers at a simple ceremony held at its Bourda Market location.
The competition which commences at 15:00hrs will see all Guyana National Dominoes Association rules in effect. Entrance fee is $10,000. Apart from a trophy, the winning team will take home $120,000, runner up a trophy and $50,000 and third place a trophy and $35,000.
In an invited comment Devi Sunich of Trophy Stall said they are happy to be associated with the sport while Kenrick Fraser of TSC thanked her for the support. For more information teams can contact Mark Wiltshire on 665-5855.
