Bumper-to-Bumper and Sankar Auto works yesterday joined the sponsorship team for the second annual New Era Entertainment/Cell Smart/Stag Beer Futsal Tournament which kicks off on the hard Court of the Mckenzie Sports Club (MSC) from Saturday November 6th and runs up to the 21st from 19:00 hrs under lights.
Toshanna Allicock of Bumper to Bumper hands over the sponsorship to Aubrey Major (Jr.) in the presence of Kenrick Noel and Janet Alphonso.
Matches will be played every weekend during that period in the 16-team tournament in which the winning team will take home $250,000, while the runners-up will receive $150,000. The third and fourth placed teams take home $75,000 & $50,000 respectively.
Tournament Director Aubrey Major (Jr.) explained that the teams will represent various areas across the Mining Town and the tournament will be played on a knock-out format.
Yesterday, Toshanna Allicock, Support Manager of Sales and Marketing of Bumper to Bumper handed over the sponsorship to Aubrey Major (Jr.) Director of New Era Entertainment, in the presence of Kenrick Noel Co-Director of New Era and Janet Alphonso Support Manager, Finance and Administration of the sponsors.
Darsho, Operations Manager of Sankar’s Auto Works also did likewise, presenting an undisclosed sum of cash to Kennrick Noel Co-Director of New Era Entertainment.
