Elections set for October 18
The general membership of the Guyana Football Referees Council (GFRC) met on Thursday September 24, 2015 at the National Cultural Centre and voted overwhelmingly to adopt a new constitution as stipulated by the Normalisation Committee of the Guyana Football Federation (GFF).
Some 46 members from Georgetown, West Demerara, East Coast, Linden and Berbice attended the special meeting which saw members also discussing several burning issues. It was also decided at the meeting that the GFRC will choose new executive on October 18, 2015 at the Department of Sport Resource Centre on Woolford Avenue, Georgetown.
