Frankies chalked up 51 games to win the final of the David Hunte four-game dominoes competition which was contested recently at Middle Street Pourderoyen, West Bank Demerara.
TNT placed second with 48 games and Turning Point third on 45. Godfrey Samuels made 11 and Terry Pollard 10 for the winners, while Sean Morgan marked 11 and Kanhai Samaroo 10 for TNT. Loraine Reid and Colin Mc Ewan scored 10 each for Turning Point.
Meanwhile, Bertram Whitie and Mark Wiltshire will be hosting a 20/20 15-team tournament on Sunday at Whitie Sports bar, Best Road, Vreed-en-Hoop. Double-six time is 14:00 hrs and the winning team will pocket a trophy and $100,000, runner up $30,000 and third place $20,000.
Entrance fee is $15,000.
