The C3 Recreational Park will be hosting one of the most exciting 20/20 Cricket Tournament in West Berbice. The event, which is planned for September 26, next Saturday, at the C3 Park will feature eight West Berbice Teams which includes Cotton Tree Die Hard, D’Edward Sports Club, Blairmont, Ithaca, Bush Lot United, Bush Lot Challengers, Number 3 Sports Club and Western Berbice.
The Teams will be varying for cash prizes and trophies to the value of 200,000: Each Team is permitted to invite as many guest players as they so desire to make the event as exciting and fun filled as possible. The games commence at 12:00hrs sharp and will proceed under floodlights.
There will also be a Kids Fest featuring Bouncy Castle, Trampoline, Cartoon Characters, Games, Face Painting and much for the Kids which commences at 14:00hrs. Admission to the Event is $300 Adults and Children Free.
There will be well stocked bar, Bar-B-Q, musical entertainment and live one man band. Sponsors so far include Trophy Stall, Berbice Bridge Company Inc, Republic Bank, Ansa McAl – (Mackeson and Carib), Ram and Mc Rae, Anamayah Law Firm, Anil Beharry, Berbice Cricket Board, Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club and Nand Persaud Karibee Rice.
