Bids opened for works on several stellings, Demerara Harbour Bridge

During yesterday’s session at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), several bids were opened under Transport and Harbour Department (T&HD) for rehabilitation works on the Parika, Bartica and Leguan stellings. Eight companies bid for the Parika stelling project and the engineer’s estimate was $23,864,700.

Bids were opened on behalf of the Demerara Harbour Bridge Corporation for the fabrication of twenty (20) pairs of connecting post. The engineer’s estimate was $24M.
