A Saturday morning accident on the Railway Embankment in the vicinity of the Caricom Secretariat has left a toddler shaken but alive thanks to the airbags which inflated upon impact.
Reports reaching this publication are that the vehicles, including a minivan HC 5564 and a car collided at about 10:00 hrs leaving the minivan with the most damage.
The toddler was in the minivan and was rushed to the hospital as a precaution.
Those on the scene said the child didn’t appear to have any physical injury but was visibly shaken-up by the impact.
