Printing, delivery of Nursery level reading material, workbooks attract $$M bids

Yesterday’s session at the National Procurement and Tender Board Administration saw multi-million-dollar bids opened on behalf of the Ministry of Education/Book Distribution Unit for the printing and delivery of reading material and workbooks at the Nursery level.
Four companies submitted bids for two lots.

On behalf of the Ministry of Tourism, bids were also opened for the supply, delivery, installation and testing of computers, servers and accessories for lots 1 and 2 of the Micro and Small Business Enterprise Unit.

The Ministry of Public Infrastructure’s Transport and Harbours Department also had bids opened for the rehabilitation of its storage bond. Five companies submitted bids.

Bids were opened for the Ministry of Health, for remodeling work to be carried out at Grove Health Centre. The engineer’s estimate was placed at $4,911,165. Five companies submitted bids.

And two bids were opened for the provision of consultancy services in the road upgrade and expansion programme, under the Ministry of Public Works, in keeping with the Ministry’s–safety diagnostics and action plan.
