Dem Ministers really use to hustle de treasury. Well dem got to pay back. When people travelling on official business dem does get a thing called per diem. That mean a daily allowance to cover whatever expense dem might create.
Well it now showing that some of dem collect per diem and per annum at de same time. Some claim meal allowance even as dem deh pun de plane and eating what de plane give dem. People sleep at dem mother and dem sister and dem cousin and charge de government like if dem sleep at hotel. Then dem pocket de money.
Well dem boys understand that all of dem want mek a raise and since dem was getting pay in Uncle Sam dollars then dem tek de money and keep it till dem come home. Some would put it up till dem ready to travel; some tek it and buy gifts fuh dem girlfriend and some just change it pun de road.
Li’l Joe ketch dem because de Jordan boy was checking de accounts and he see de thing. People collect money and dem ain’t bring back receipt. But he and all mean. He tell dem that dem got to account fuh de money.
When he check he tell dem that if dem can’t find de bill dem got to pay back 60 per cent. Well dem boys want to know how he gun collect. De man who pay heself $27.8 million tell dem that he transfer de money to the Uncle Sam account and dem got to wait.
Just like how he transfer it out he can transfer it back; that don’t tek a day. Suh he got dem pun stupidness. And besides, de man done lef de country and deh in Canada. To put icing pun de cake, he getting interest every day pun de money he deposit suh he can’t just give dem back de same money he tek. Dem boys waiting to see wha gun happen.
But that ain’t de whole story. Li’l Joe want to give people pocket change fuh per diem. He telling dem new Minister that dem gun get US$25 a day.  He expect dem fuh sleep in some toilet. Dem boys seh that Jagdeo who accustom to big money gun mek life tough fuh him.
And poor Soulja Bai ain’t saying nutten. He going out to Canada next month fuh raise money and to raise he frequent flyer miles.
