Glasgow Construction Company yesterday offered support for the sixth Boyce & Jefford Track and Field Classic, which is set for Linden, August 15-16, stating that the growth and level of the competition motivated them to offer support for the first time.
Chairman of the Boyce & Jefford Track and Field Committee received the donation and thanked the Company for contributing to the development of athletics in Guyana. Boyce said that without corporate support much cannot be done to develop sports.
