Multiple bids opened for $$M sea defences

Yesterday’s session at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, saw bids being opened for the rehabilitation of sea defences at Bush Lot/Mahdia, Corentyne, Berbice, Region Six.
The engineer’s estimate for the project was $183,726,850.

Under the Ministry of Education, there were bids submitted by two European companies, for the procurement of items for civil works at the University of Guyana.

Two bids were submitted to the Ministry of Public Infrastructure for the procurement of Digital Multifunctional Copier.

Bids were opened for the provision of security services at the Guyana Energy Agency (GEA). A total of six companies bid for the project.

The Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) also received bids for maintenance of Perkins Generators, provision of pest controls, disposal and cleaning services.
There was a solitary bid for the maintenance of Perkins Generators, on an annual basis.
