here with us tomorrow (today). We are appealing to the government to assist as it has been done in the past so that they can get their paper work in time to come and join the team.”
The players are Neil Danns, Samuel Cox and Marcel Barrington whose paper work must be done in order for them to be issued their passports in order to join their teammates to play against the Vincy heat tomorrow at the Arnos Vale Playing Field.
Last evening the players were involved in an exciting team building exercise after dinner where they gave their views on team selection issues, player attributes and getting them to take ownership of how the team should play.
“They’ve been very interactive and participated well and it shows that these guys are coming of age because they have an opinion in football.”
The Golden Jaguars has planned a team session at the game venue today from 15:30hrs the same time as the game tomorrow, Shabazz shared.
“We will just put the guys through the paces, a one hour session to get a feel for the ground. We’ve done our work so we will just go out there and just get the blood pumping.”
