The Bush Lot United Turf Club (BLUTC) is expected to come alive on Sunday 26th July when that entity holds its first race meet for the year 2015 at their Sea View Park, Bush Lot, West Coast Berbice racetrack.
Seven races are carded for the day with close to $5M up for grabs including cash, trophies and other incentives.
The Feature race will be for horses classified ‘C’ and lower for a whopping first prize of $1M and trophy over 1600M and a total package of $2M.
There is an event for horses classified E 1 and lower over 1300M for a first prize of $400,000 and trophy. Horses classified G2 and lower will be running for a winners money of $350,000 and trophy over 1300M.
The 1000M race for two year old Guyana and West Indies bred and born animals has a winning money of $300,000 and trophy. The H1 and lower horses will get their opportunity to race for the winning purse of $250,000 and trophy over 1300M.
The final two races are for animals classified the J and lower and K and lower over 1300 M for winning takes of $180,000 and $150,000 and trophies respectively.

The event will be conducted under the rules of the Guyana Horse racing Authority.
