As Guyana celebrates its 49th Independence Anniversary and the efforts to restore the city to its original state progress, Puran Bros Disposal Services has announced that they will be dispatching their garbage trucks to different points around Georgetown.
The company is proud to be aiding in the cleanup campaign and says that the trucks became available from yesterday until Sunday, May 31.
For today, the company released a preliminary schedule of areas and organizations to be visited. Among those areas identified are Church Street to Fort Street, Kingston; sponsored by Tony’s Auto Spares; Guyana Technical Institute on Woolford Avenue and Hand-In-Hand Trust on Avenue of the Republic.
The company has advised that “any organization or cleanup team that requires a truck or skip bin for collection of refuse will be provided with such free of cost.”
It added that the company has asked to be notified no later than one day prior to the required date.
Puran Brothers Inc. who operates under the slogan “Keeping It Clean Is What We Do Best” can be contacted on 603-5051 or 264-0054 for more information and scheduling.
