Dear Editor,
The 2015 Elections are over. President Granger and his team are in office and due recognition must be given to that reality. Congratulations are in order.
All Guyana should now put behind us the thrusts and counter thrusts of pre-election campaign and direct our energies towards re-conciliation and continued nation-building. Anything less will be an indictment on us. At the end of the day Guyana belongs to ALL of us.
It seems to me that a decent first step in reconciliation would be for both Parties to contribute to Mr Narine Khublall and the others who lost belongings in the recent Sophia fire.
