Lusignan Golf Club Annual General Meeting set for May 30

The Annual General Meeting of the Lusignan Golf Club will be held at the Club’s Building at Lusignan on Saturday 30, May 2015 at 16:00 hours.
Agenda:
Approval of minutes of previous AGM.
Consideration of Matters Arising from the minutes.
Receipt and approval of Annual report of the President.
Receipt and approval of Financial Statements of the Cluband the Auditor’s report.
Nomination and election of the next year’s Executive Committee, comprising of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, Club Captain, Grounds Superintendent and Public Relations Officer will be held.
And any other Business
In order to include any matter for consideration at the AGM under Any Other Business, members should communicate the matter in writing, to the Secretary Guy Griffith, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of the AGM.
