Soft Shoe Football Tournament made a positive start to the campaign after registering a come-from-behind 4-2 win over a steady California Square unit on Thursday evening, at the GFC ground.
Playing in the fifth fixture, before a fair-sized crowd, the star-studded Sparta Boss side found themselves trailing 2-0 after three minutes with Nash Moe (2nd) and Vashile Cantzlaar (3rd) giving California Square a surprise lead.

The speedy Devon Millington, who netted a brace then, produced a moment of magic as he weaved past a host of defenders to place one past a stunned goalkeeper in the 28th minute to level the proceedings.
He returned one minute later to score another wonderful strike after Gregory Richardson had dribbled his way deep into the box and finding himself tracked by a defender back heeled a pass to the lurking Millington, who nonchalantly slotted home.
Sparta Boss was not finished as Richardson got into the act to fire a fierce right-footer past the
