East Bank Essequibo all-rounder Travis Drakes will lead Essequibo in the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB)/Inter County U19 tournament which is set to commence tomorrow.
Parmesh Parsotam will serve as his deputy. The side, which is being sponsored by Navin’s Fabric of Bladen Hall, East Coast Demerara, will be coached by Vibert Johnson and managed by Fabian Durant.
The full squad reads; Travis Drakes (Capt.), Parmesh Parsotam (Vice Capt.), David Williams, Satesh Latchana, Akieni Adams, Jumal Hartman, Keano Harry, Denzil Harry, Jonathan Fernandes, Sachin Persaud, Nathan Persaud, Looknauth Chimkoo, Neilan Cadogan and Mahendra Mahase. Vibert Johnson (coach) and Fabian Durant (manager).
Essequibo will take on Demerara in their opening round at Everest.
