The Guyana Lawn Tennis Association (GLTA) has given notice that their 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday at 5:30pm at the Georgetown Cricket Club, Chanderpaul Drive, Georgetown.
The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. To Receive from the Executive Committee a report of the Association’s activities for the financial year and the work of each of its Committees
2. To Consider the Financial statements for the preceding year and the audit report thereon
3. To Present the current financial position and statement of financial performance for the current year
4. To Elect the officers of the Association for the ensuing year
5. To Elect the Auditor for the current financial year
6. To Consider any motion which has been properly submitted for consideration at the AGM
7. Any other matter which has been properly submitted for consideration at the AGM
Clubs would have been prior notified to confirm their affiliation with the GTA and ensure they be eligible to participate in the AGM’s proceedings by Monday last.
The current Executive extends sincere thanks to all clubs and their affiliates for their continuous support towards their development initiatives for tennis in Guyana.
