A fisherman was yesterday charged with murdering his colleague whilst fishing at sea.
Thirty-seven year-old Randolph Williams called ‘Spanish’ of Good Hope, East Coast Demerara, appeared yesterday before Magistrate Charlyn Artiga at the Whim Magistrate’s Court on a charge of murder. He is accused of killing 23-year-old Deochand ‘Avo’ Sukhlal of Dundee, Mahaicony, East Coast Demerara. The incident allegedly occurred on March 17, last, in the vicinity of No.35 village, Corentyne Berbice.
