Dem boys seh… People can’t trust nobody

Is human nature to always want but is greed when you want everything you set your eyes on. And that is wha happen in this country because dem tek de airwaves, dem tek de businesses, dem tek all de money out of de treasury and dem tek away de decency and de law from de country.
Some foreign people come to Guyana to do an investigation. Dem do de wuk quietly suh de government didn’t even get time to criticize de people. Dem boys know that when people start fuh check Guyana is one big story.
Donald and he team does find fault. Right now dem find fault wid some young people who link up wid GECOM.
Anyhow, de people come and gone but dem publish dem findings. Dem find wha de whole country know ever since—that people don’t trust de police. That ain’t de only people dem ain’t trust. Nuff people don’t trust some of dem judges and magistrates. And people blaming Jagdeo.
When dem go to court, if dem was Jagdeo friend, then de magistrate had to back off. That lead to corruption suh till de Judicial Service Commission deh knocking off couple magistrate. Corruption rampant and dem magistrate finding demself wheh dem getting knock off.
Dem boys was saying this all along. Dem seh that thank heavens there are some good judges. Dem got one who just send some wicked people to jail fuh so long that dem would never walk de streets again. Well dem boys want he to hang around because he got to jail all of dem who bring Guyana to de state it is—when people don’t trust police.
Some people seh that de country need prayers. Wha dem boys know is that Jagdeo tek over de radio and is now de opposition parties know wha happen. When Jagdeo done share out dem radio station not one opposition party get and all who get was Jagdeo friend and family.
Dem hear de other day when a pastor decide fuh pray fuh Donald. Dem boys seh that she probably get a small piece because she holler, “I praying fuh President Donald. People praying fuh he go and I praying fuh he stay.” Dem, boys praying fuh she tell de truth.
