Mrs Devi Sunich this week presented several trophies to & Mrs Noshavyah King that will go to the male & female winners along with 2nd and 3rd place trophies, male & female & a best gym trophy all compliments of the Trophy Stall to signal that entity’s commitment to supporting this event and sports in general.

The Genesis Fitness Express and Fitness Express have teamed up to bring the First ever ‘Enetworks Cross-Fit Games’ this year. Plans are in full gear to stage this epic competition on the tarmac of the National Park tomorrow, March 1.
This competition is open to athletes and fitness enthusiasts nationwide and will test their fitness level and endurance.
The competition will comprise of five events that combine 15 different exercises. Contestants will be divided into teams where a panel of judges will judge them based on their execution and speed. Ending scores will determine the Enetworks Cross-Fit Games fittest team and fittest individuals in the Male and Female categories.
The Enetworks Cross-Fit Games are made up of 5 events, the first four events will determine the fittest team and the final event will determine the fittest individual in the male and female categories.
The individual male and female winners will receive 1 airline ticket each, to their choice of one of Copa Airlines 70 destinations. There will also be many other product prizes, in addition to Trophies and Medals.
Noshavyah King, well known Zumba Fitness instructor and certified personal trainer and Jamie McDonald, owner of Fitness express, one of the fastest growing fitness retail establishments in Guyana have teamed up to host the first ever Enetworks Cross-Fit Games in 2015.
Action starts at 10am on the Tarmac at the National Park and entrance fee is $500 and children are free.
