Burnham Foundation launches activities to commemorate birthday

22nd to commemorate the 92nd birth anniversary of former president Forbes Burnham.
The activities commence with a church service at the Kitty Methodist Church on Sunday at 08:30 hours.
A memorial symposium in remembrance of Elvin McDavid, former patron of the Foundation, will be held at the Critchlow Labour College on the subject: “Burnham and National Unity” from 17:00 hours on Friday 20th.
February 21st will feature the annual business meeting of the Foundation from 13:00 hours at Critchlow Labour College. The following day, February 22nd, will have as its highlight the annual road race from Kara- Kara to Georgetown from 07:00 hours and from Georgetown to Belfield and back.
