Do Caricom leaders prove that the white race is superior?

Have you read a biography of the man who in a survey, the British people voted, even above William Shakespeare, as the most admired citizen in the history of the UK?
When you read about Winston Churchill’s life, then you will see Churchill was a frenetic adherent to the theory of superior and inferior races. Churchill believed and spoke it that the Caucasian race was genetically superior, way above others.
What did Churchill see to make him come to that conclusion? Why are there ongoing genetic studies that still propound that theory?  Is there genetic evidence to support such a claim (see my columns; March 10, 2013 – “Are white people superior to non-white: Is it in the genes?” January 19, 2009 – “Genes, crime, journalism and broken codes” – May 25, 2014 – “A new book argues for genetic superiority among some races.”)
The President of Guyana prorogued the elected Parliament. A British Minster condemned it as an assault on democracy. Three white Ambassadors publicly denounced what President Ramotar did. And the EU put sanctions on Guyana. Then it was Caricom’s turn to respond. The Caricom Council of Ministers didn’t condemn this repellant denial of democracy.
The Caricom Council didn’t remain neutral. The Caricom Council in fact accepted this assault on the right to elect a Parliament by the Guyanese nation. The Caricom Council said that the President was acting within the Constitution when he did so. To date, not one Third World country has criticized the PPP Government for its suspension of Parliament.
These tiny politicians from little micro-states that the globe pays scant attention to, could only come up with the most idiotic explanation – the Guyana Constitution allows for the prorogation. One wonders how these tiny politicians will respond when you tell them that the constitution of Iran, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan assigns the death penalty for apostasy. The constitution of several Arab countries awards death for adultery. Do the Caricom leaders accept this ancient barbarity even when it has constitutional sanction?
How does the analyst explain this crass dismissal of democratic violation by the Guyana Government of the Caricom Council of Ministers? Why has the non-white leadership of the world behaved so insensitively to the denials of justice and freedom since the end of the Second World War, after the colonies became independent states?
Is one explanation the genetic differences in the evolution of tribes? Do certain races more embody an altruistic, compassionate instinct than others? Let’s quote from Nicholas Wade’s book, “A Troublesome Inheritance: Genes, Race and Human History.”
“Institutions are not just a set of arbitrary rules. Rather they grow out of instinctual social behaviours such as the propensity to trust others, to follow rules, and punish those who don’t, to engage in reciprocity and trade or to take up arms against neighbouring groups. Because these behaviours vary slightly from one society to the next as the result of evolutionary pressures, so too may the institutions that depend on them. Evolutionary biology might have something to say about why some people live in modern states and others in tribal societies and why some nations are wealthy while others remain mired in poverty” (end of quote)
Evolutionary biology might have something to say about why some people put more value on freedom and justice and others see cruelty and savagery as normal behaviour. Surely, Arab countries fall into this category. When women are being stoned to death in Arab countries for adultery, large crowds gather and are encouraged to take stones and hit the brains out of the poor women. This happens in the real, modern world we live in.
Policemen in the Third World are far more impertinent and uncouth than in any European country. No non-white country I know has better police attitude than Canada. Non-white countries treat women as objects and not humans. Non-white countries are happy to use extreme violence against homosexuals. Non-white countries seem to have little interest in lawful functions of fundamental institutions of state.  The laws of non-white countries are harsher to marijuana users than any white nation.
Is the Caucasian race, due to evolutionary biology, a more civilized species that has more instinctual make-up in the compartments of reason, logical thinking, compassion etc., than other race groups? Nicholas Wade’s book is not just your run-of-the mill stuff on evolution. The book makes some seriously persuasive arguments.
When you look at the colonially trapped minds that sit in the leadership of the Caricom states, the temptation is there to accept that non-white people are an inferior tribe.
