Dear Editor,
Why is it that the Minister of Education, who is a member of the Cabinet, did not see it fit to advise the President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana that the date ‘May 11, 2015’ falls within the time of CSEC and CAPE examinations?
What a ‘caring’ Government with education in the forefront OR is this a ‘Bluff’?
Yours
