With an aim of continuing to systemise Coaching in Guyana, the newly formed Guyana Amateur Basketball Coaching Association (GABCA) is asking
that all affiliated Coaches register with the association ahead of the 2015 Basketball Season.
The GABCA in a release yesterday asked coaches affiliated to Linden, Georgetown and Berbice Amateur Basketball Associations, which are all in-turn affiliated to Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation (GABF) to register for the upcoming year.
President of the GABCA, Andrew Hercules, who the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) has accredited, is on a path to ensure the restructuring of coaches in Guyana. He is the Coach of the Plaisance Guardians Basketball Club at both levels.
