Dear Editor,
I see the PPP (Paid Pen Peter) is on his usual judgemental tirade. All his posturings now are glorifying the PPP Civic. Should he not be championing the cause of the United Force? Is not this the party for which he stood as Presidential Candidate in the last election?
For all intents and purposes, Peter Persaud should hang his head in shame. He who has professed to be championing the rights of the Amerindians through his two-member Association (TAAMOG) is now selling them out so that he alone can survive through his age-old banditry, selling his pen to the highest bidder. Now he has taken to pointing fingers at Sydney Allicock and the Opposition.
Can Peter Persaud recall his indulgence in a matter between a certain Timber company and two Amerindian Communities in the Pomeroon?
Was he not the facilitator who blindfolded the Leaders into accepting payments on the side and then everything fell apart when the APA stepped in?
I am Amerindian and I urge my fellow Amerindians to not allow Peter Persaud to profess that he is representing us. He would sell us out for way less than the proverbial ‘thirty pieces of silver’.
And, to those who think that his allegiance can be bought, he would drop you like a bad habit for a penny more.
Finally, who exactly is Trevor Atkinson?
More to come on this.
Angry Amerindian
