The Flying Ace Cycle Club of Berbice is set to hold their Annual General Meeting today at the Club’s Office in New Amsterdam beginning at 16:00 hrs.
High on the agenda is the reports of the President, Secretary and Treasurer.
A review of the club performance for the past year will also be undertaken. While ways and means to have the club functioning better will also be undertaken.
The main agenda item is expected to be the election of office bearers where persons will be elected to fill the position of President, first, second and third Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary/Treasurer and committee members. A number of appointments will also be made.
Plans for the club’s upcoming cycling events and awards ceremony will also be undertaken.
John Lewis, Businessman and long serving president, is expected to retain his post.
The club was founded by long serving coach and coordinator Randolph Roberts. (Samuel Whyte)
