The body of 64-year-old James George, a/k “Honey James” was found floating in the Pomeroon River, yesterday several days after he went missing.
James, a father of five and formerly of St. Monica, Upper Pomeroon River, apparently fell overboard and drowned after he was said to be intoxicated. The body was discovered by persons who were searching for him after he went missing.
Police attached to the Charity Outpost were summoned, and the body was recovered and taken to the Oscar Joseph Hospital awaiting a Post Mortem examination.
