The Georgetown Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association (GCU&SA) has released the names of the umpires to officiate in this weekend’s Georgetown Cricket Association fixtures. In the New Building Society (NBS) second division 40-over tournament tomorrow from 10:30hrs, Everest will travel to Guyana Defense Force (GDF) with Leyland Liverpool and Chetram Persaud in charge; Ace Warriors will play Third Class at GNIC under the guidance of Shannon Crawford and Ernest Hinds; University of Guyana (UG) will host Gandhi Youth Organisation (GYO) with Mario Nicholls and Arleigh Rutherford in charge.
On Sunday from 10:30hrs, Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) will journey to GNIC where Crawford and Hinds are in charge; GDF hosts Third Class under the watchful eyes of Chetram Persaud and Nolan Hawke; Malteenoes SC (MSC) will entertain GYO with Joseph Jeffery and Cyril Garnath doing on field duties and UG will be at home to St. Stanislaus with Mario Nicholls and M. Yosef Yisrael in charge.
In the Banks Malta Supreme Under-13 tomorrow, Demerara Cricket Club and Bel Air will face off from 09:30hrs while GCC will match skills with MSC at 13:30hrs at YMCA with Reginald Grant and Heuvel Cunha overseeing the action.
On Sunday at the said venue, Everest will challenge Transport SC from 09:30hrs and GYO will clash with Diplomats from 13:30hrs. Grant and Cunha will officiate in both matches.
