Tomorrow, Copa Airlines will officially be opening its City Ticket Office (CTO) in Georgetown. The office will be located at 212 Camp Street, North Cummingsburg between New Market and Lamaha Streets.
The CTO will be a fully functional office with customer agents who will be able to assist passengers in planning their itineraries, purchasing tickets and providing necessary refunds amongst other services.
Country Sales Manager, Nadine Oudkerk, explained that “the team is looking forward to providing an exceptional level of service to our clients who are looking forward to one stop connections to 69 destinations in South, North, Central America and the Caribbean.” The venture, from Oudkerk’s view, is a rather exciting one as it will allow for local and immediate services to both business and leisure customers.
The airline stated that since beginning its services in July 11, last, Copa has recorded “unprecedented” support from the Guyanese public with generally positive reviews and is the reason Copa Airlines has decided to develop its services in the country.
According, to a press release the CTO will operate from Monday to Friday between 8:30 hours and 17:00 hours and between 9:00 hours and 12:00 hours on Saturdays.

Copa Airlines was established in 1947 and flies twice weekly out of Guyana to Panama.
