National opening batsman Trevon Griffith was presented with a pair of batting gloves by Universal Sports of 101 Second Street Alberttown recently for making his maiden Inter-County four-day century against Berbice at Bourda.
Trevon Griffith collects his batting gloves from Universal Sports staff member Natalie Ramkarran at the Store’s 2nd Street Alberttown location.
The 23-year-old Griffith was presented with his gloves by Natalie Ramkarran who represented the Sports store which is owned by Andrew Budan.
Griffith said he pleased to be recognized for his performance and thanked the Universal Sports’ owner for his contribution to his career and promised that his hundred was the first of many more come.
