Another road accident
Police are investigating an accident which occurred at the corners of North Road and Oronoque Street, 
yesterday.
Kaieteur News was told that an X-trail vehicle belonging to Afeez Khan, who is the marketing manager of NAMILCO was parked in front of a building when, a burgundy car which was proceeding west along North Road slammed into it.
This publication was told that the driver somehow claimed that he was clipped from behind (left side) by a vehicle proceeding north along Oronoque Street. That vehicle according to the police fled the scene. He was detained later in the day.
