Dem boys seh…Guyana gone to Ratroop

Old people got a saying that whatever people do in darkness does come to light. Now people finding out that everything that dem boys criticize wasn’t because dem want to talk. Dem talk bout de Marriott. Dem seh that all de talk about foreigners putting in money was a bluff because local people who had nuff money decide that dem had to get a laundry. De Marriott was to be de washing machine.
Of course, de people behind that hotel get vex and when dem boys refuse to stop talking, dem people decide to sue dem to shut dem mouth. Now dem boys find out that all de talk bout foreign investor was a sham.
Two men come from Hong Kong and seh how dem is de foreign investor. Now dem boys find out that dem Hong Kong people didn’t bring in no money. Somebody was probably using dem as a front, and all foreigner ain’t stupid. De Hong Kong people smell trouble and dem pull out.
Dem boys know this and dem does try fuh let de Guyanese people see wha going on. And before de people who doing dem wickedness try fuh keep sweet and live good wid dem boys, dem hostile. Dem mekking war. When dem boys talk, de people accusing dem of chasing foreign investors.  But then again, dem can’t even keep sweet wid demself, suh dem can’t live wid nobody else.
Tek de case of de Ratroop group. De government use to get all of its telecommunications from GT&T, all de bandwidth, all de telephone, everything. Nuff of dem even use to get free telephone and free call. That is why dem boys couldn’t understand why de government sell out its share in GT&T. But dem suspect something was wrong.
Then Jagdeo decide fuh give Bobby nuff bandwidth fuh television, cable and everything that anybody can do wid bandwidth. Jagdeo set de stage.
As part of de plan to control everything, dem now got Ratroop. And de government buying all its telecommunications needs from de Ratroop group. Dem boys seh that dem don’t have to wear spectacles fuh see how de money siphoning out from de government treasury to Ratroop.
