The African Cultural and Development Association (ACDA) will be hosting a Five-A-Side small goal football and penalty shoot out competition tomorrow at the Calcutta ground, Mahaicony, East Coast Demerara for teams from Ann’s Grove to No. 5 Village.
At stake are trophies, medals and footballs donated by ACDA Sports Committee, Johnny Barnwell and family and Mr. Alli.
Meanwhile , Quintyne Charles chalked up six games to win the ACDA King Dominoes tournament which was held on Sunday last at Madison Bar, Mahaicony. Aubrey Fraser marked four games to finish second followed by Moses Aaron on three. Charles took home a trophy and a medal while Fraser and Aaron received a medal each.
