Dem boys seh…De thieves want to see other people assets

Everyday something new coming out. In fact, as one man seh, every new day got surprises. De government had de nerve to tell dem Opposition politician that dem must declare dem assets. That cause such a big laugh that one man choke and had to go to hospital.
This thing about declaring assets is legal but dem boys seh that when a thief ask you to declare you assets you got to be careful because de next thing you know is that you don’t have any. De last time this thing come up somebody ask if Jagdeo does declare he assets. A reporter ask he at a press conference and he seh that all he Government Ministers does declare.
De problem is that nobody in de public can see wha dem declare. If dem coulda see that dem sure that some of de property that some of dem got woulda raise question. Wheh Rob de Earth get money from fuh build a house and sell it fuh $100 million pun de salary he getting? Wheh Jagdeo get money from fuh build one house and sell it fuh $120 million as he seh, then build a seafront mansion that cost more than that?
Did he declare de chandelier in he house which worth more than de house in which most of Guyana live? Don’t talk bout some of de others. And while all this happening Donald like he disappear suh till people asking wheh Donald deh.
Dem boys seh that is thing like that does burden dem suh that some morning dem don’t even want to go to wuk. A man send statement to dem which seh, “All through life, the enemy does try fuh stop de Guyanese people wid a yoke of bondage—a yoke of depression, a yoke of low self-esteem, a yoke of compromise.”
Dem yoke is wha de government put on round de people neck just like how rice farmer use to put yoke pun dem bull when dem ploughing rice field.
De message continue, “Maybe you’ve been living with a yoke your whole life.” Nuff young people saying so and dem got a name fuh de yoke. Some seh that is de man who resemble de devil.
Well de yoke destroyer is on the way.  ”I’m coming down to put an end to that struggle. I’m shifting things in your favour. I’m removing the burden and setting you free to walk into the fullness of your destiny.”
And that is why dem have de no confidence motion. That motion is only de beginning. More is to come.
