But de other day when de parliament tek a decision on de budget de government run to Chang fuh he tek over. Poor Chang apply de law as he see it but he know that he can’t instruct de parliament.  But de Hanna Rebel forcing de man fuh tek Donald wuk.
Dem boys seh that even Donald begging Chang fuh tek over but Chang know that he can’t tek over. He tell dem boys that all he can do is offer advice to parliament. He can’t direct.
