Dear Sir,
Mr. Denhert, people have been speaking out but do you and your officers listen? No! Daily, we see gross infringements of the traffic laws.
1. We see mini bus drivers bullying other road users to get past them;
2. We see mini bus drivers jumping the Red (Stop) lights at various junctions;
3. We cannot stop on designated bus stops but buses can stop anywhere, block traffic until they have completed their pick up or drop off;
4. We see buses using different routes as they so wish;
5. We get cussed out by the conductors all day;
6. We see buses making two lanes into three so that they can all move off together at Traffic Lights. No consideration for the drivers who want to use the inner lane to turn when they get the green light;
Then to add insult to the gross injury of having to try and save our lives lest we be run off the road by the buses, we are the one who are pulled over and harassed by your officers.
Mr. Denhe‘rt, are you listening?
