The foundation work was done by Ameerally Construction Company to the tune of millions of dollars. They were surprised to see an old pump being installed in the area.
Residents stated that when they started to express some concerns about possible flooding in the area. They were told by NDIA Regional Engineer Mr. Sue not to worry. They were also reminded that according to the Ministry of Agriculture Weather forecast the place would be dry.
