Wha Ash Knee, de shaat scamp do wid de $4.5 billion is thiefin. Dem boys want tell de nation why dem seh suh. Ash Knee function is to spend money wha de Parliament approve fuh de country. He got a li’l leverage which means he can spend li’l money in an emergency situation without getting approval from Parliament.
For example, he can spend if dem got flooding or some natural disaster or anything sudden that nobody ain’t expect and didn’t cater for. Then he can go an inform parliament that he spend some money and ask dem fuh approve. That is de right thing to do.
Any normal spending or usual spending he must get full authorization from de parliament. Parliament is de place that does allow de government to spend all of we money. Is like a home wid parents and ten children.
Just like how parliament give authorization to de shaat scamp to spend, de parents give authorization to de big son to tek money from de wardrobe and buy foodstuff and other things for de house.
If de son do wha de shaat scamp do, and spend money without de authorisation of de parents, what do you call that? Think about if he come home and announce that he and some girls been out and had a good time wid a big portion of de grocery money.
Then he got de nerve fuh go back to he mammy and daady to ask dem fuh approve he spending.
That is just wha Ash Knee, that shaat scamp do de Guyanese people. Who would approve that? He was doing this same thing when Jagdeo was he president.
Ramjattan right fuh call in de police. He seh that he gun carry Ash Knee to court but de shaat scamp got a woman who can cancel any charge.
No wonder Guyana deh second from de bottom pun de corruption chart.
