Dear Editor,
I wish to ask President Ramotar, Why are thousands of Chinese nationals being granted special privileges (tax exemptions, duty free concessions, land deals etc.) and easy access to becoming citizens of Guyana?
Is there a sinister motive behind all these sweetheart deals with the Chinese Government, or is it a deceitful plan by your corrupt PPP regime to pad the voters list with thousands of Chinese nationals in order to regain a majority in parliament?
Mind you, do not jump to the conclusion that I’m being anti Chinese. In fact, the agenda of the PPP regime is quite obvious, and my sole intention is to simply highlight to you that Guyanese nationals ought to be treated with respect and dignity.
I end with a quote from Edmund Burke, and hoping you’ll actually take note: “Nothing turns out to be so oppressive and unjust as a feeble government.”
