Yet another corporate entity has come out in support of the eagerly anticipated Cricket For Unity T20 match that is slated for Saturday July 5th at the Demerara Cricket Club ground, Queenstown, Georgetown.
Industrial Supplies and Services located at Albert and Robb Streets yesterday committed towards the success of the match when Accounts Clerk, Ms. Thelisha Case handed over a cheque to Chairman of the Cricket For Unity Committee, Dexter Garnett.
Ms. Case, in handing over their contribution said that they always seek to give back to the community since that is part of their mandate and had no hesitation in being a part of this match.
“We see this as contributing to something that is designed to make our society better and we wanted to be on board. We would like to wish the teams best of luck and we look forward to seeing an exciting game.”
Garnett expressed gratitude to Ms. Case and her superiors for partnering with his committee to make this venture a success.
